By downloading, installing, or playing Save the Christmas (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Game.

Limitation of Liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperMinions is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to:

  • Lost game progress
  • Device issues
  • Time spent playing
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Future Features#

We may add new features in future updates, including:

  • In-app purchases
  • Advertisements
  • Online features or multiplayer

If we add paid features, we’ll clearly notify you before any charges occur.

Termination#

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
